Mr. Maresca is knowledgeable in a number of areas of the law, with a primary concentration in real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in both conventional and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions and represents a number of institutional lenders as well as individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate and cooperative apartments. Mr. Maresca is also experienced in the practice of criminal defense law, landlord-tenant law, business law, estate planning, and the probate and administration of estates. Regardless of the type of case, Mr. Maresca is a zealous advocate for every one of his clients and is committed to giving prompt and personal attention to each and every matter.

Gary F. Maresca received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fordham University in 1993. He subsequently received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1999 and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2000.
