Elias J. Sayegh has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal law since 1999 and currently manages the Personal Injury and Criminal Department of the Firm. An accomplished client advocate, Mr. Sayegh has negotiated many significant plaintiff’s personal injury actions and has been extensively involved in criminal defense matters. Over the years, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, including Liability, Premises, Construction and Motor Vehicle Negligence. Mr. Sayegh’s professionalism and zealous representation of his clients has made him well respected among members of the bench and other members of the Bar. When not engaged in litigation matters, Mr. Sayegh is also a member of many charitable organizations and involved with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Yonkers Lawyers Association and the Westchester County Bar Association..

Mr. Sayegh earned his J.D. in 1999 from Pace Law School, and his B.S. in 1995 from Arizona State University. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and the Southern District Court.
